The Internet is opening up a whole new world or opportunities for creativity and learning. Using the Internet effectively requires an awareness of the benefits and the risks. At Heolddu our Internet provider is Caerphilly County Borough Council and they provide Internet access which is content-filtered. In addition the school has spent over £2000 to purchase extra software called Impero which adds an extra layer of security. With Impero we are able to control access to websites, and monitor all pupil activity on the school network. Details about Impero can be found by clicking the link below.
